change your mind about stress, you can change your body response to stress. We
interpret these physical changes as anxiety or sign that we aren’t coping very

between a stress induced heart attack at age 50 and living well into your 90.
You have to think when you get stress “this is my body helping me to rise to
this challenge”. Then your body will believe you and your stress response
become healtier. Stress make you social, ocytocin. Ocytocin is a stress hormone.
Your stress make you notice when someone else in your life is struggling so you
can support each others. Whe your life difficult, your stress response want you
to be sorrounded by people who care you. People who spent time caring with
others absoluetly no stress.
